Discovery Visit (DV)
~15-30min
This is for new patients deciding if physical therapy is the right choice and to learn if/how physical therapy can help. We take this time to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and concerns. We decide together if we are a good fit to to work together, or if there is another professional in the area that would best serve you. Most often these appointments lead to an Evaluation and action steps that can be implemented immediately to get you on the road to recovery.
Physical Therapy Evaluation
~60min
Following a DV, we dive deeper into a discussion of symptoms, medical history and lifestyle. Typically this includes a posture, strength and mobility assessment. Depending on area treated, an internal examination may be warranted. As always, the patient consent for treatment is of utmost importance. With this information we then develop your Recovery Plan and have a better estimate of time/financial commitment needed to reach your goals!
Physical Therapy Treatment Session
~60min
Following a physical therapy evaluation, follow up visits are often necessary. We discuss your progress, decide what the next steps for your Recovery Plan are, and implement new strategies to help guide you towards your ultimate goal of a symptom-free life!

Pregnancy/Labor Support
Having pain during pregnancy? Looking to stay active throughout your pregnancy and beyond? We have specialty training to assist the Pregnant and Postpartum patient - even during delivery! As always, treatment is tailored to each woman's needs to minimize birth trauma, the need for interventions and assist in pain management. (A DV is required prior to starting)

Feel great? AWESOME! Lets keep it that way! Wellness packages available to ensure you are able to continue to do the activities you love, with the people you love, all year long. Ask about the 7- and 13-visit wellness packages that include an Initial Evaluation.
